SunPower Signs Contract With City Solar
Over the next three years, the contract will include 100 MW of SunPower's high-efficiency solar panels, the T10 Solar Roof Tile for commercial rooftop installations and SunPower's trackers for utility-scale, ground-mounted systems.
"With this deal, we can offer our commercial customers SunPower's high-efficiency solar panels and patented rooftop and ground-mounted tracking systems, which can significantly increase their energy output," says Steffen Kammler, president and CEO of City Solar.

Solar Power System to be Built in Prince George's County
Three Washington, D.C. area companies are to construct one of Maryland's largest solar power systems at the headquarters of John E. Kelly & Sons Electrical Construction in Prince George's County.Nearly 9,000 square feet of solar panels will cover the building's roof, generating enough electricity to meet more than half the needs of the 20,000 square foot office/warehouse facility. First Solar Completes 2 MW Project For Southern California
First Solar Inc. has completed a 2 MW solar photovoltaic installation for Southern California Edison (SCE) on the rooftop of a ProLogis commercial building in Fontana, Calif.This project is the first in SCE's announced plan to install 250 MW of solar-generating capacity on large commercial rooftops throughout Southern California over the next five years. First Solar engineered the rooftop system, manufactured the solar modules and supplied the balance-of-system equipment for the project.
SCE has also selected First Solar to lead the initiative's second project - a 1 MW installation on a commercial building in Chino, Calif. Article
